The Plan

The Development Plan concept proposes a $100 million mixed-use, contemporary neighborhood with the following elements:

  • Up to 270 Units of New Housing: Townhouses, Condominiums and Single-family homes

  • 20,000 Square Feetof Retail Space: Commercial/Retail for Neighborhood Services
  • 10 Acres of Public/Green Space: Pathways, sculpture garden, a central park called Harrison Commons, community gardens, outdoor performance space, and buffer areas
  • Institutional Expansion and Parking
  • Public Infrastructure: New streets and alleys, utilities, streetscape, sidewalks, curbs, pedestrian pathways, streets to vacate and parking
